PRIMERA LX400 COLOR LABEL PRINTER — DISCONTINUED Note: The Primera LX400 has been discontinued and replaced by the new Primera LX500 and Primera LX500C. PRIMERA LX500 AND LX500c LABEL PRINTER The Primera LX500 color label printer and its LX500C sibling replace the now-discontinued Primera LX400 color label printer. The Primera LX500 is a compact full color label printer that prints 4-inch wide labels at a print resolution of up to 4800dpi. This outstanding print resolution makes the Primera LX500 ideal for printing short-run volumes of high quality product labels like wine labels. The Primera LX500C is identical to the Primera LX500 but it includes a built-in cutter. The Primera LX500 and LX500c are ideal for business printing very short label runs – around 500 or fewer per month. LX500 is also ideal to use as a name tag printer in full color. Prints about one label per minute at 4800 dpi. Both the Primera LX500 and the Primera LX500C come with BarTender® UltraLite Primera Edition label design software. Primera LX500 Dye Ink Cartridges DuraFast Label Company carries various Primera 53374 LX500 tricolor dye ink cartridge. PRIMERA LX810 LABEL PRINTER (DISCONTINUED) The Primera LX810 color label printer has been discontinued. If you are looking to buy a similar color label printer as the LX810, consider the Primera LX900 which is similar but much faster. Primera LX810 Ink Cartridges The Primera LX810 uses Primera 53376 color dye-ink cartridges and Primera 53377 black dye ink cartridge. PRIMERA LX900 COLOR LABEL PRINTER Primera LX900 is a 4800 dpi high-resolution dye inkjet technology color label printer using a Lexmark print-engine that prints at a speed of 0.8 inches per second. LX900 advanced inkjet technology offers the best desktop label printer capabilities on the market. Imaging Perfection™ printing technology delivers perfect text, graphics and photo-realistic printing every run. The Primera LX900 enables printing of color graphics, illustrations, linear and two-dimensional bar codes on printed labels. Prints on Primera TuffCoat Extreme™ white, clear polyester and white BOPP as well as standard label stock. Diversified in utility, the Primera LX900 allows for proofing of production prior sending longer runs to press. Print test marketing, contract manufacturing materials, private label goods or promotional labels. The Primera LX900 dye inkjet label printer is ideal for business doing short runs ranging from 500 to 3,000 labels per month. Primera LX900 Ink Cartridges The Primera LX900 uses four replacement dye ink cartridges in black, yellow, cyan, and magenta plus a replacement print head. DuraFast Label Company stocks original Primera LX900 dye ink cartridges and semi-permanent print head manufactured by Primera Technology. These are the standard replacement dye ink cartridges for the LX900 label printer. There is a pigment ink option available for the LX900. We do not recommend pigment inks with the LX900. If you need pigment inks for GHS BS5609 compliant labels, we recommend using the Primera LX2000, VIPColor VP495 or the Epson TM-C3500. - Order Primera LX900 dye ink cartridges and print heads Primera LX900 Labels We also manufacture our own LX900 labels and tags, formulating them specifically for the inks and technologies used by the LX900, LX2000, LX800, and LX810 color label printers. PRIMERA LX2000 GHS LABEL PRINTER The Primera LX2000 GHS label printer features an HP pigment print-engine, very similar to the HP pigment print-engine used in the VIPColor VP495. The LX2000 prints at a print resolution of 4800 dpi, at a print speed of 0.8 inches per second for full color GHS BS5609 labels that are up to 8.0 inches wide. The Primera LX2000 GHS label printer ships with BarTender UltraLite Primera Edition label and barcode design software. PRIMERA CX1000 COLOR LABEL PRINTER — DISCONTINUED With print speeds that produce 16.25 feet of label production per minute, the Primera CX1000 2400 dpi model is a high-resolution color label printer that can generate up to 500 feet in the same time that standard printers typically produce in 8 feet. Primera CX1000 output is vibrant color precision, with Pantone® -approved spot color support. The Primera CX1000 printer is a laser quality label printer that can print on a range of matte, semi-gloss, high-gloss and specialty label materials, as well as those used in manufacture of products. Primera CX1000 can also print GHS BS5609-compliant labels. The Primera CX1000 imports eps label files to the printer’s PTPrint™ Software application. The Primera CX1000 prints die cut labels on rolls only. The CX1000 uses the Lexmark laser print engine.
