The Scorpio SCR22 Digital Label Finishing System is an all-inclusive machine that will help digitally cut and finish your labels in the most professional method possible. This Digital Label Finisher not only includes a digital cutter that will contour the cuts around each label, but also includes a self-maintaining matrix  removal and clean up system.

Furthermore, the Scorpio SCR22 also includes an automatic slitters and rewind system for your label rolls, so no human interaction is necessary during the cutting and finishing processes.

To accomplish the automation present in the Scorpio SCR22, it uses the I-Mark software - a software that allows the device to recognize black marks printed on the labels through the use of a camera.

Using the software in combination with the matrix removal and precision cutting present in the Scorpio allows for the user to cut multiple labels across the 8.5' wide media simultaneously, rather than cutting one label at a time. Also, the system is so precise that it virtually eliminates the need for label adjustment and large gaps between labels during full bleed prints.

Because of the precision, using the Scorpio SCR22 digital cutter and finishing system replaces the need for an investment in other expensive die-cutting tools and mechanisms.
