CX1200 Labels | Labels for Primera CX1200 Press

For the CX1200, we purchase large rolls of many different materials from US manufacturers and then cut them into smaller 8.5” x 1250’ rolls which can be used with the Primera CX1200. We are not converting - we are making smaller rolls which can be used with the CX1200 and selling the complete roll.

To maintain high quality standards, we only use Primera Certified materials that have been tested and approved for use with the Primera CX1200 digital label press. Otherwise, you could have adhesive leakage when printing the labels. When adhesive leaks out from the side of the label material, it gets on the fuser, which is an expensive repair bill.

Here we have continuous CX1200 label rolls which can be printed on the CX1200 and then digitally finished using the Primera FX1200 digital finishing system. We stock and sell CX1200 matte paper label rolls, CX1200 vintage textured paper labels, CX1200 high gloss paper label rolls, CX1200 GHS BS5609 chemical label rolls, CX1200 clear gloss polyester label rolls, CX1200 white gloss polyester labels rolls, and CX1200 matte vinyl label rolls. Plus we also carry overlaminates which you can use with your Primera FX1200 digital finishing system to apply to your labels when they are digitally cut.

All of these rolls are generally 8.5 inches x 1250 feet long. The exception is for material that is thick; the length may be a bit shorter. All label rolls have permanent adhesives.

If you want to print pre-die cut labels with your Primera CX1200 digital label press, you can use any of the Primera CX1000 pre-die cut labels we have listed.

Since our CX1200 labels feature Primera-approved materials formulated for the advanced micro-fine, dry toner-based inks used in the Primera CX1200, for best results and best print quality, use with Primera’s CX1200 toner cartridges.

CX1000 Labels | Labels for Primera CX1000 Printer

DuraFast Label Company proudly manufactures its own line of Primera CX1000 labels including CX1000 GHS BS5609 chemical labels and CX1000 high gloss paper labels, CX1000 clear polyester labels, CX1000 white polyester labels, CX1000 matte vinyl labels. We have formulated our CX1000 labels to take advantage of the advanced Primera laser technology and Primera’s GHS-compliant toners used by the CX1000 and CX1200 color label printer. All of the CX1000 labels are pre-die cut labels on rolls that are 8” OD. All of our CX1000 labels are 100 percent compatible with the Primera CX1000 and CX1200 label printer.

We start by acquiring high quality label materials from US-based manufacturers. These materials are converted into Primera CX1000 labels at DuraFast Label Company’s USA and Canada facilities.

All CX1000 labels rolls are 8.5 inches wide and have the matrix left on. If you need to remove the matrix and slit these into separate, individual rolls, we recommend that you also purchase the DPR Matrix Removal and Slitter. This will allow you to remove the matrix and then slit and rewind the labels onto individual rolls so that you can then use those with your label dispenser or label applicator to apply to your product.

The Primera CX1000 and CX1200 use the same laser print engine. Therefore if you want to print pre-die cut labels on the CX1200, you can use these CX1000 labels.
