This extended warranty is serviced by Epson America and you would report any issues with your Epson TM-C3500 and TM-C3400 printer directly to Epson support department and they would send you a replacement printer within 24 hours.

This is great for manufacturing or industrial sites that can not be without the printer for a long period of time.

You can purchase this option for Year 4 and Year 5. The price is per year.
