Epson ColorWorks Onsite Warranty Upgrade
The Epson TM-C7500 & TM-C7500G ship with a standard one year depot warranty from Epson. Therefore if there is any hardware failure, you will need to ship the Epson printer to the nearest epson service depot for repair. Depending on the location of the service depot, it may take up to 2 weeks to get the repaired unit back.
Now when you purchase the Epson TM-C7500 GHS label printer or the TM-C7500G product label printers, you can purchase this optional onsite service in the USA and Canada. Onsite service includes all parts and labor in the warranty.
The price listed here is per year and you can purchase the onsite service for up to 4 years. Each year you purchase this option, all parts and labor is included.
This option must be purchased within 30 days of printer purchase.
